Problem:
Patients who choose BCH as their Managed Care/Primary Care facility need
to know that they have made the right decisions in choosing BCH as their
primary care facility. They must feel welcome by the Care Center's "family"
-- that they are a special part of the group -- and know that their wellness
is the top priority at BCH. Potential members are low income to lower-middle
income, inner city residents, sometimes speaking a primary language other
than English. In the past, there had not been an acknowledgment of, nor
enthusiasm shown towards, new customers. Solution:
In order to meet these objectives, Enrico Design developed a folder, Primary
Care Center brochure, introductory letter, Physician Directory and laminated
pocket reference card for distribution to new members. Produced in half a dozen languages, including French, Spanish and Portuguese, BCH extended it's welcome to a diverse group of residents. There was a noted increase in enrollment, and much appreciation expressed for the availability, convenience and consideration BCH gave in providing indespensible information. |
