Problem: Medical Diagnostics Inc., a leading provider of mobile MRI services, wanted to present a background of their company to their investors through their annual report. While MRI services are often considered cold and high-tech, MDI wanted to humanize the delivery of their services in a warm and compassionate way. Solution: Enrico Design suggested that MDI focus on the people they had helped through their mobile MRI services. Along with an operational description of the company, we relayed the personal stories of four area patients whose lives were affected by the results of an MRI. This personal approach appealed to Wall Street on a human, as well as business, level. Problem/Solution: In MDI's second year of producing an annual report, we chose to convey two messages to the financial analysts who are the target audience. First we had to explain their business which is somewhat unusual (they provide mobile MRI services to area hospitals in a unique way within their industry), and second we wanted to show examples of how MDI has formed partnerships with different groups in unique ways. The concept here was to convey the flexibility of which the company is capable (which is one reason for their success and uniqueness). |
