Problem: Delta Dental Plan experienced another year of strong growth with 97% of subscribers renewing their membership. The challenge here was to communicate the changes -- growth, transition, and balance -- that the company was striving for. Solution: Enrico Design emphasized the solid business base that exists within the company while also highlighing the company's goals towards positioning themselves for the transition to managed care -- while balancing the needs of all their customers -- accounts, patients and providers. |
